1. Scope of Services

Creative Dogs provides digital public relations, creator matchmaking, short-form content distribution strategy, and viral marketing consulting. The specific deliverables, timelines, and financial obligations for individual campaigns will be outlined in separate, mutually executed Service Agreements or Project Briefs.

2. Client Obligations and Content Approvals

To execute unconventional campaigns successfully, we require active collaboration and transparent communication. By partnering with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and timely information regarding your brand, products, and legal constraints.
  • Review and provide final sign-off on campaign briefs, creative directions, and creator rosters within the timelines specified in your project agreement.
  • Ensure that all products or services provided to our creator network for testing or promotion comply with local safety, health, and consumer protection laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership of creative assets is handled with complete clarity to ensure frictionless deployment across the internet:

Our Pre-Existing Materials

We retain all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary strategy frameworks, data analysis models, hook scripting methodologies, and internal software tools used to engineer campaigns.

Campaign Deliverables

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership and usage rights of the specific custom content, video scripts, and PR assets generated for your brand will transfer to you, subject to any third-party creator usage limitations explicitly outlined in your individual project brief.

4. Brand Safety, Virality, and Risk Mitigation

While Creative Dogs specializes in engineering high-impact, unconventional, and stealth marketing strategies to maximize audience engagement, we prioritize your long-term reputation.

We do not engage in malicious misinformation or cheap digital stunts that violate platform community guidelines. However, due to the fast-moving and unpredictable nature of social media algorithms and public discussion, Creative Dogs cannot guarantee specific numerical view counts, exact viral outcomes, or uniform public sentiment.

5. Payment Terms and Late Fees

Smooth execution requires financial predictability. All engagement terms, upfront retainers, milestone payments, and billing cycles will be defined in your specific Service Agreement.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt or within the strict timeframe designated in your agreement.
  • We reserve the right to immediately pause active campaigns, content distribution, and creator outreach if accounts remain unpaid beyond their due dates.
  • All payments are non-refundable once creative production, campaign strategy mapping, or talent onboarding has commenced.

6. Confidentiality and Mutual Non-Disclosure

We frequently manage sensitive pre-launch information, proprietary product data, and backend business mechanics. Both Creative Dogs and the Client agree to protect all confidential information obtained during the partnership. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

7. Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate a project or ongoing retainer by providing written notice as specified in the individual Service Agreement. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed, milestones reached, and non-cancelable creator commitments made up to the effective date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Dogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or brand reputation, arising out of your use of our services or the public's reaction to organic campaign content.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates in digital marketing laws, platform algorithms, or agency operations. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms, along with all operational agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creative Dogs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
